• Day-long yacht rentals
• Evening sails
• Business team getaways
• Exclusive gatherings
• Extended yacht charters

We reserve full discretion to adjust or cease our services, contingent on availability and meteorological conditions.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

The process to reserve a charter stipulates that you:

• Must be an adult of at least 18 years
• Provide truthful and comprehensive details
• Send in the requested deposit as indicated in your reservation confirmation
• Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking becomes official only after we receive the payment and issue a written confirmation. Reservation acceptance lies within our sole discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter availability depends upon the vessel's schedule and favorable weather. We will strive to accommodate your requested dates and times.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Prices are stated in € and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may alter prices without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: A figure of 50% of the total cost for the charter is due upon booking
• Remaining amount: To be paid 48 hours prior to departure
• Additional fees (as necessary): To be settled post-charter completion

4.3 Payment Methods

Payments can be made via major credit cards, bank wires, and certified bank drafts. Transactions are secured using encryption.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• With more than 72 hours before departure: A full refund, minus the transaction fees
• Within 24-72 hours before departure: A 50% refund
• With less than 24 hours before departure: Refunds are not issued

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should our captain judge weather conditions to be hazardous, we will offer either:

• A new reservation date without additional costs, depending on availability
• A full refund if we cannot reschedule

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If mechanical issues arise with the designated vessel, we will endeavor to provide an adequate substitute. If this is not possible, we will issue a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

Passenger obligations include:

• Heeding all instructions from crew members
• Utilizing safety gear as instructed
• Disclosing any medical issues that could affect onboard safety
• Staying within the allowed sections on the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

It is forbidden to bring aboard:

• Glass items
• Controlled substances
• Weapons or hazardous materials
• Items for immoderate consumption
• Pets, unless special permission has been granted

6.3 Conduct

We expect all passengers to behave in a considerate manner. Should passenger conduct compromise safety or disrupt the charter, we may terminate the experience immediately without a refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We limit our liability to your charter fee. We are not responsible for:

• Personal injury due to a passenger's carelessness
• Personal belongings lost or damaged
• Indirect or punitive damages
• Delays from weather or unforeseeable events

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We hold all-inclusive marine insurance that covers our fleet and operations. It is your responsibility to secure personal travel and belongings insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By participating in our yacht services, you recognize the inherent risks of marine activities and agree to take responsibility for your own health and safety.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We retain the right to change itineraries, pathways, or schedules due to weather, safety, or operational necessities. We aim to ensure a comparable alternative where feasible.

9. Force Majeure

Occurrences beyond our control including severe meteorological events, natural calamities, regulatory actions, port closures, or mechanical faults exempt us from liabilities related to delays, cancellations, or alterations.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is treated as per our Privacy Policy. Utilizing our services grants us consent to handle your data in line with the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, such as texts, imagery, symbols, and designs, is under copyright and trademark protection. Unauthorized reproductions or distributions are not permitted without our explicit consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are under the jurisdiction of the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be mediated in the courts of Hamburg, Germany.
